Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of AI/ML projects from scoping to deployment.
Build, train, and optimize CV and NLP models using state-of-the-art libraries.
Design and implement RAG pipelines and hybrid ML systems tailored to client goals.
Translate business problems into machine learning solutions with measurable outcomes.
Communicate effectively with clients about technical plans, timelines, and trade-offs.
Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and sales teams across geographies.
Stay updated with industry research and adopt the latest best practices in production ML.
Education Qualification & Key Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent; PhD preferred.
5+ years of hands-on experience in applied ML, specifically Computer Vision and NLP.
Strong Python programming and ML library knowledge (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace).
Familiarity with RAG systems, LangChain, OpenCV, and cloud-based ML deployments.
Proven track record in independently handling full project lifecycles.
Excellent client communication, project scoping, and problem-solving skills.
