🔧 Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 technical support for the ERP platform, ensuring high system uptime and performance.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues involving APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes to prevent recurring incidents.
Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams to efficiently escalate and resolve technical issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot SQL Server databases and ensure data integrity and optimization.
Coordinate hotfix releases and patches with the engineering team.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for response time and issue resolution.
Document resolutions and contribute to a shared knowledge base for the support team.
🛠️ Key Skills Required
Proficiency in at least one language: Ruby, Golang, Python, React, or JavaScript.
Strong experience with AWS services and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
Expertise in Linux/Unix environments and SQL database troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience using support and tracking tools such as JIRA.
Ability to work independently, handle high-pressure production issues, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST / 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
