🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 technical support for the ERP platform, ensuring high system uptime and performance.

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues involving APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.

  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes to prevent recurring incidents.

  • Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams to efficiently escalate and resolve technical issues.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot SQL Server databases and ensure data integrity and optimization.

  • Coordinate hotfix releases and patches with the engineering team.

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for response time and issue resolution.

  • Document resolutions and contribute to a shared knowledge base for the support team.


🛠️ Key Skills Required

  • Proficiency in at least one language: Ruby, Golang, Python, React, or JavaScript.

  • Strong experience with AWS services and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.

  • Expertise in Linux/Unix environments and SQL database troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience using support and tracking tools such as JIRA.

  • Ability to work independently, handle high-pressure production issues, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

  • Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST / 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
